Video: Flyers get some help back from injury tonight.

Some good news today as the Flyers have announced the return of injured defenseman Michael Del Zotto to the line up this evening. Rinaldo had missed the teams six previous games with what was described as an upper-body injury. Several reports had suggested that the actual injury was related to Del Zotto's foot, and his comments today suggest that may have in fact been closer to the truth.

“I wasn’t really limping, it was just a matter of not being able to move the body,” he said. “I’ve gotten better each day and felt good on the ice today. I’m just taking it a day at a time. I told Chief (coach Craig Berube) I was ready today.”

Despite some early struggles this season Del Zotto has shined when given an opportunity to register more ice time per game, and his return is great news for the Flyers, although it may be too little too late.
